Day one of my locs journey! I had a great experience with Rosario the owner who started me out with my locs today! Speedy process and she answered all my questions as a newbie to this experience. Absolutely thrilled with my hair. I originally wanted a perm because I did not know what to do with my hair, but when I called oh my nappy hair my point of view forever changed. I was introduced to embracing my natural hair with expert advice and guidance.

After successfully talking me out of getting a straight perm because of the chemical damage it would do to my hair in the long run, I put my trust into my hairdresser's hands and I am absolutely thrilled. She gave me texture, showed and proved that my hair can be beautifully curly I just needed the right products and right techniques. Not only did my hair come out wonderfully curly I learned about new products to buy from the beauty supply that would help maintain the look.

For the first time in a long time I am actually happy for the natural hair that I have. And I thank oh my nappy hair for bringing it out.
