I got a dip manicure done last week and my thumb chipped five days in. I went to get it touched up and Jenny did my whole manicure over again so that every nail looked perfect. Such a great nail salon with excellent customer service!

I had a great experience here! The person that did my nails was so kind, I enjoyed talking to them, and they helped me fix issues on my nails from a previous salon. They have so many color selections and amazing customer service.

This is my nails 2 weeks after getting my nails done by Jenny! I got a gel manicure with a design, and it's still holding up perfectly! She used 3 layers of nail polish, when most salons only use 2 max. I credit her for how long my nails have lasted. Also, the lady who did my cat design did a wonderful job as well! She had to touch my phone every 30 seconds to keep the design photo showing and both ladies were very kind! Overall, this was a great experience and well-worth the money!

I also got an eyebrow wax and the head massage was so relaxing! Great service!

I had THE best experience at Ara spa the other day. I have been here a few times before, and always got my nails done by a friend who recommended the nail tech. I usually would book an appointment before, but this time around, I was desperate and decided to see if there were any openings as soon as possible. They took me right away, and ended up having a different lady do my acrylics. She ended up cutting my length uneven and I pointed it out to her. At this point, I was scared to how my nails would look. Jenny, who was helping another client, came by and told the nail tech to take off the tips and redo them.

Jenny ended up finishing the client's nails and took me instead of the other nail tech doing my full set. I was honestly so relieved because the nail design I wanted was a bit more work. She is so precise and when she notices anything off about the set, she goes and corrects mistakes - little or big! She was so sweet and kind - I enjoyed talking to her as she worked. My nails came out EXACTLY like the picture I had showed her, and I am so in love with them! She took time to making this lovely set for me, and I am so thankful she ended up finishing the set for me. Definitely will be going back here when I need my nails done again!!

Ask for JENNY if you know what's good for you! And don't forget to tip!!
