I am giving this nail spa 4 stars because they are slightly overpriced. They are a high quality spa. However, I am not sure if they are worth a $39 pedicure and $42 shellac manicure.

My other issue is with the staff. Both the front desk staff and nail technicians pressure you to spend more money and stare at you when tipping. They have always been pretty unorganized in regards to scheduling.

Something I appreciate is the overall cleanliness of the salon as well as the comfortable seats. My nails always look great every time I leave. I'm just not sure if they are worth the steep price.

Definitely will be back, great spa like atmosphere!
My nails are holding up so well, I did the shellac gel manicure. Look forward to having my pedicure done here next!

Must say, I am so surprised by the low reviews here! My friend and I came in the other day to get manicures - our first since before COVID! Their setup for social distancing was good, with plastic barriers at every station and stations well spaced. The nail techs were all wearing gloves. My tech, Nancy, was excellent. If you read my other reviews, you'll find I'm pretty picky about nail salons. This is one of the best I've gotten in the Bay Area. She did a wonderful job on my cuticles and shaped my nails perfectly. She checked in frequently, asking if the shape and color were ok, which I really appreciated. The manicure came out great and I love the color!

It was a bit more expensive than a typical nail spot ($45 for a gel manicure), but it's in Santana Row, so I expected that. I thought Nancy did a fabulous job, so it was worth it to me! I'll definitely come back!
