I LOVE this sweet little salon! I've been going to Mark McMillian for 8 years and followed him when he moved here 6 months ago. Everyone is very nice, and the atmosphere is so positive. The Christian music and scriptures on the mirrors set this salon apart from others. You are truly valued as a client, and I've seen great work from all of the stylists. The building is easy to miss and is located in a (mostly) residential area. If you're looking for a stylist who strives for perfection, Mark's the one, and you'll leave relaxed and beautiful after a visit to this salon.

Alexis is such a sweet and professional person, she corrected my hair color. From a caramel color strikes to a pretty blonde strikes that were done all the way to my scalp like the way its suppose to be, love my hair color girly. My boyfriend really loved it very much too. Thanks again be expecting me again for sure

I had an appointment to go to House of Colour today, my husband decided to look into the reviews online and saw that the only positive feedback they had were from themselves in response to their own negative feedback. In the same feedback another salon name was given as a much better alternative, Alexus Renee Beauty Salon. I called and was able to get in exactly when I needed to and I saw Mary who asked me what I wanted and what do you know? She gave me exactly what I wanted. I couldn't be happier with the service and the results. My husband is pretty happy too. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family. I can only speak for Mark McMillian and I've seen him for nearly 6-7 years now. Any crazy idea or any new thing I want to try he is open and modifies it to fit my face. That is paramount since we as clients are not the experts. And every time Mark proves to me he is dedicated to his craft.
