I'm usually very happy with Tracy, however, today I was disappointed. I pay for the 1 hour time slot to have a fill over natural nails. Tracy always has my nails done within 40-45 minutes and she does a nice job. Today, Tracy was working extremely quickly and I noticed she skipped a few of the normal steps of the process. I asked her about it and she said she was doing it the same as always. I know that is not true. Tracy had my nails done in 25 minutes! 25 minutes!!! 4:45 - 5:10!!! Then I saw the receipt and I asked her when she raised her price. She said she always charges $55. That's not true. I always pay $50 + $5 tip. (one time I paid extra for a design) So, yes. I'm disappointed. It takes her half as long as a regular appointment and I pay for a full appointment. Today was Much less time, skipping steps of the process and an additional $5. The salon is beautiful! I have been coming there for more than 15 years... since Tina was there. My mom, my daughter and I were regulars for Paul. Things have changed quite a bit. I may have to weigh my options for nail salons. Thank you for considering my satisfaction.

Hannah is great. Front desk manager man is not friendly or welcoming. Lady who did my pedicure (Tiền) was not friendly or nice. I come back for Hannah because she is good. But the front desk man needs to be more helpful and welcoming to guests. And the other pedicure staff should ask customers what services they like or style. Tiền did not ask me if I liked the color or service or shape of my nails, or what kind of pedicure package I want to try. Not very nice or spa like.

Michelle is absolutely amazing! Not only is she fabulous at what she does, but she's very kind and makes you feel very relaxed. I highly recommend her, this is one of the best facials I've ever had! I'm looking forward to my next one.

I have been coming here for 11 years. I request.Tam because she knows the issues I have with ingrown nails and is so gentle and effective, keeping my feet in excellent shape every three weeks.
