I am in love with these nails Hannah did a phenomenal job and everyone was so kind. Definitely recommend this nail salon~ especially for special occasions They are so understanding and will always let you come back for touch ups. They truly want you to be happy and I love that from any business.

I was looking for a new place and I'm so glad I found Westlake Nail Bar.
The place is really nice and open and very clean. I got a gel manicure and pedicure and they were fantastic. My friend also came with me and was very happy with their work. Everyone was very nice and they took me on time.
I highly recommend them.

I made an appointment almost two weeks ago. The lady who did my toes was very sweet and this isn't about her. I felt like they were just lazy with me and over charged me. My total was 125 and my nails are shit. They didn't even clean up my cuticles and all of my nails are uneven and gross. I am embarrassed about my nails and the whole experience was ridiculous. 145 with tip flushed down the toilet. I should get my money back! You can keep the tip but should Venmo me back my 125 because this is not how you do business and to charge that much and it's shit. How are you even in business doing peoples nails. They have over 20 people working there and most just sit on the floor in the back room.

I edited my review because Julie is amazing. I had an issue with my nails and she fixed them no question asked and because of that I will keep coming back. Thank you!

I have been SEARCHING for someone who listen to me, work with me and give me the nails I want, (shape, length, color, etc.) I want to have more fun with Ombre nails, designs, and so forth.
I now know where I'm going from now on!
