Jen did my acrylic set and she did a fabulous job. She's such a professional and did my set in about an hour. She was careful and thorough. I mentioned it was my birthday this Friday and she added gems to accent my ring fingers for free, so sweet.

Unfortunately some of my nails do have air bubbles. Since this was my first time get acrylics, it was unclear how many times I needed to stick my hands in the light to set the nails so I wonder how the air bubbles could be prevented next time. But it's not noticeable unless I'm looking closely at my nails. Ask for Jen to do your acrylics! It was $60 for my set.

Customers get 5% off if they pay in cash, and they do have an ATM. when you pay with CC, I noticed there wasn't a line for tip, so bring cash for tip if you're planning to pay with CC.

I had an AMAZING experience! The staff and place is very nice. My nail stylist took her time and was very detailed. I loved it. Im definitely going back there every time! I highly recommend this place!

Jasmine is my go-to. Friendly, understanding when I'm not paying attention and busy talking, and did an excellent job!

But the real purpose of this review was so I could remember 106 and 146 were my colors this time. :D

I'm a pretty pretty princess!

LoL, I'm not. I'm an old ogre with bad feet/toes. But they don't care--they still give me the princess treatment.

I would call my pedicure more cleaning than beautification. They take it super seriously and I appreciate that. It's not to say my feet don't look 1000 times better when I leave but I'm no foot model.

No jokes about what color I want or trying to up-sale me on skin treatments--just cleaning and massaging. I love that.

They all work so hard. I have gone to shops where one person is working -- doing the pedicure, answering the phones, cleaning the stations and the others have their heads down or just hiding in the back. Everyone is cleaning or straightening up.

I drive a full-sized truck to get my pedicure. They have plenty of large parking spots.

I don't know if it's appropriate to comment on how they are dressed but they all look like they are going to brunch at the Grove in sundresses not like they are cleaning the feet of an ogre.

So man up and get those feet cleaned. Trust me, you'll be amazed/slightly freaked out by how much they clean off and out from your nails. Plus your feet will feel better.

And as Lieutenant Dan said "Take care of your feet and try not to do anything stupid! Always change your socks!"

I've been going to SugarCoat since they opened and have recently moved away from that side of town. The last couple of months I have tried a few other places closer to home but have come to the realization that SugarCoat is truly the best. Guess I will have to suck it up and drive up to Willow Glen. It will be well worth it I know!!
