Joy and Lori are both amazing manicurists! Ive been going to Joy for over 10 years now and would never go elsewhere! Each of them know their clients really well and love to laugh with us! I'm not sure why another reviewer would be upset abt having to hear them talk "gossip"- I love talking with them. She sounds like she was having a bad day. She should come back when she's ready to have fun while getting her nails done! :)

This review is about Lisa at That Cute Nail Shop.

I had my first gel manicure with Lisa three weeks ago tomorrow. My nails are still looking almost as fabulous as the morning she did them! Lisa removed my previous gel with ease, then proceeded to file my nails to my liking (she kept showing them to me and asking me if they were ok - they were perfect for me), she very gently trimmed my cuticles and applied the gel. The gel did not lift or peel as so many do shortly afterwards. She applied it slowly and carefully. Also, my cuticles did not bleed or peel within the next few days as they usually do.

The five-star review is not just on the manicure, but also on my entire experience. Lisa was extremely professional the entire time. She did not feel the need to talk constantly (I was able to relax and enjoy my manicure), did not share any drama (as the others working there were doing) and she was not loud (as the others working there were) when speaking to me.

Lisa is an experienced, professional manicurist; I will go back to her again.

Loving my manicure from Lisa at That Cute Nail Shop! I'm pretty particular when it comes to my nails (shape, bringing the color all the way to the edge, etc.) but Lisa pays such sharp attention to detail that my gel mani turned out flawlessly. I also appreciated that she used LED lights to dry my nails instead of the UV. (The LED lights take a fraction of the time and are better for your nails.) I'll be back!

I've been going to Joy for just over 20 YEARS!!
In all that time, I've never had my nails turn green (, I have friends who have this problem with their nail girls), or nails fly or chip off. Before Joy, I went to another person. Every week, I'd have a nail fall off. I learned to keep crazy glue w me to glue it back on. To boot, I'd get charged EVERY TIME for a new nail.

With Joy, I no longer need to carry glue with me. She also rolls w my crazy nail art requests, from my anti-Valentines Day nails, Christmas nails, fundraising nails, and even calico nails to pay my respects to my kitty that had recently passed away.

I highly, HIGHLY recommend Joy and Lori!
