So i been goin to this specific location since last year and I absolutely love the services here! The staff is great nd i always get good results but i went in for my appointment recently nd the lady I always go to wasn't available so i picked another wax specialist I thought they all know what they are doin and i never had any issues so i go in for my appointment nd my wax specialist was good had a good attitude but when she started waxing me it didn't seem like what i been experiencing before! So she started with my stomach then did the brazilian! Literally only waxed twice nd told me brazillian was done i was a little surprised but okay then She moved to my legs she was covering really big parts at once nd she was pulling it soo slow that it hurt so much while she was waxing me my skin started to itch and burn(that never had before ever) full legs waxing include toes that she didn't do! She was literally throwing the used wax sticks from the other side of the bed half of em didn't even make it to the garbage! She told me i was done so i pay $190 for a full stomach, brazillian and full legs(+$10 tip) nd leave ! About 2 hours later my skin start to itch nd it became all red nd i had bumps everywhere i got waxed! It was horrible it hurt so bad I literally wanted to cry. That's when i saw hair down there(my private parts). Like alot of hair i was very disappointed! 2 days later my hair started to grow back. Literally 2 days after. It looked exactly like how my hair would grow after i shave. It was like i got razor bumps my skin was extremely irritated nd the pain was awful I can't shave cuz of the razor bumps that's i why i go get waxed. Literally a week after my hair are visible. My hair grow very slow after waxing! It literally takes me about2-3 months between my appointments! But this time i am gonna have to go back probably in a month since my hair started growning 2 days after my wax appointment. The hair broke didn't get pulled from the root cuz she wasn't doin it right! And now i am gonna have to go again sooner than usual and spend another $200 for something that i pay every 3-4 months! Next time i go there i will make sure I don't go back to this wax specialist!

Saw Naomi today, she was great, so kind and helped with the post lockdown grooming transition. Highly recommend.
