Elegant Nails has a small sign out on Meridian offering mani/pedi for $29. I stopped in and asked how much for French polish, it's $4 extra per so $37 for French mani/pedi. I made an appointment for the following morning.

I don't get regular mani/pedi - I do my own nails most of the time. My feet are pretty rough and she did an excellent job with them. I did have to ask her twice to round up one of the edges - she left the nails a bit long and square. I also had to ask her to round out my finger nails a bit more. I like a really natural round tip, not the square tip. But when it was all done they were exactly how I like them! For $37 for French mani/pedi I thought it was an excellent value.

I know that for many women a mani/pedi is a mini-spa experience. For me, I don't care all that much about the experience - sure, the decor is a bit plain - however everything was clean and neat. Personally, I'd rather have a good job and save some money than pay $$$ for the same quality job and a fancier decor. If you want a "spa" experience, go somewhere else. (There's a day spa *right* across the parking lot.) If you want a good value for a good job, this place might be exactly what you are looking for.
